She also has several consulting experiences with the Industry Associations, TERI and other NGOs. She is a member of the Government Blockchain Association and a Nuffic Fellow on Climate Policy and Clean Energy. She is a Foresight Scholar with University of Geneva.

Her international background in upbringing and studies helped Elizaveta develop a passion for security and diplomacy, with specific interest in conflict prevention and mediation, with a focus on Europe and Asia.

He also holds a B-Tech degree from CUSAT in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He has worked with various startups and NGOs in the clean energy sector.

Nishtha is the Deputy Country Representative for UN Women, the entity of the United Nations that is dedicated to working towards Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment, in India. In her long standing career in the United Nations, she manages the UN Women Office for a geo-politically diverse group of countries including India, Bhutan, Maldives and Sri Lanka.
